We spent the last couple of days going through the Real Colors Personality Assessment led by Valerie Belusko, as a joint meeting with Macoupin County CEO.

The Real Colors Assessment helped our team understand their personalities, which led to them knowing their values, needs, strengths, joys, and more. They also got to understand this for their peers, and gain skills that will allow them to better work with varying personalities now and in the future.
