Today we had our Mentor Matching event at Montgomery County Farm Bureau.

Each year, CEO team-members are paired with a local experienced mentor to help them throughout the year. Mentors are able to provide their expertise and feedback as the team works through their class business and starts their own personal business.

Many team-members in CEO site the mentor relationship as one of the most valuable parts of the program, and we are grateful to have some great mentors in our community!
