Last week we had the wonderful opportunity to tour McKay Auto Parts (Napa) in Litchfield with Earl Flack.

Earl gave a warehouse and office tour, and shared some fantastic business lessons. One of the key things he focused on was how important relationships are. He shared that many people think only about numbers, but focusing on people and building great relationships will take you far in business and in life.
