Our CEO team had the pleasure of visiting Kismet Coffee in Litchfield, where we met owner Brayden Helgen. With a background in IT and cybersecurity, Brayden moved back to Litchfield to contribute to his hometown’s culture and opened Kismet Coffee as a way to make the town even better.

During our visit, Brayden shared valuable insights on hiring—emphasizing the importance of choosing people who share your vision and bring excitement to the role. He encouraged our team members to accept that those they hire may be even more capable at some aspects of the business than them, which is key to success.

A key takeaway? Caring about people brings profit, and word of mouth remains the best advertising. Thank you, Brayden, for sharing your wisdom and hosting our CEO team!
