The team shared valuable insights into how they provide exceptional customer service, often making sacrifices behind the scenes to ensure a seamless experience. We discussed the importance of involving others in decision-making, leveraging personal networks to promote new businesses, and creating a memorable experience for customers. A collaborative brainstorming session further demonstrated how the best ideas often emerge from open discussion and teamwork. Our CEO team has already been putting these lessons to use!
